What is EFT Tapping?
Emotional Freedom Technique, more commonly known as EFT Tapping, is a gentle somatic practice that combines focused awareness with rhythmic tapping on specific acupressure points on the body. This process supports the release of stuck energy while regulating the nervous system, allowing you to stay present with what’s alive in the body in a safe and supported way.
By acknowledging thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations while tapping, the body is guided out of stress response and into a state of regulation. In this space, old emotional patterns, subconscious blocks, and limiting beliefs can begin to soften and release. EFT is a simple yet powerful tool that supports emotional wellbeing, physical healing, and creates space for new perspectives, expanded possibilities, and more conscious choice in how you meet life.
In your introductory session, we tune into the body and allow the subconscious to lead, uncovering the underlying themes and blocks that are ready to be worked with. This creates a grounded foundation for deeper exploration and integration in follow-up sessions.

⟡ Sessions have been following themes of inner child healing, archetypal activation, anchoring in the feel good emotions
