A Meditation From the Land

The cosmic intelligence that runs the entire universe to run like clockwork
Is same intelligence that runs my body to breathe without thinking, to pump my blood without me thinking, to move my limbs without thinking, to heal my cuts without thinking.

The body, the earth, the universe are reflections of one each other ~ self healing organisms by nature.

The body is a bridge between earth & the cosmos.
A divinely orchestrated physical vessel
To allow the soul to experience the fullness and wholeness of this humanness it has came here to be.

These are some words from the mediation I guide you through at the beginning of my astrology sessions. A script that came straight from the land up in Smiths Creek. It's so special to me I sit with it every morning. Calling in and acknowledging all the support around and our place within the universe.

To the 4 directions and the power animals and lessons from each. Mother Earth and her elemental frequencies that bind her & us.
Father sky and the great cosmos beyond.
My body as the vessel for this human experience.
Angels, ancestors, spirit guides for walking along side us.
& of course acknowledging unwavering loving awareness from the universal force we are co-creating this life with.

Ahhh I'm so grateful for this life and being able to merge with nature in magical locations. Allowing the 5th element of aether or spirit ~ the fabric of the universe to move to me and through me 🧬💓
