It's a buzz word I see all the time now.
Be authentic, it's the highest frequency...
So, what is the essence of authenticity? It's living in truth with who you are.

But what is the full truth of who you are?
How do you know what's authentic to you if you haven't inquired into the multifaceted nature of your own soul? There are many different authentic sides to our nature that seem opposing or contradictory. Because we are dualistic by design.
However, it's up to us to integrate into our wholeness.

That all components of your nature are valid and are in truth, even if they are contradictory or don't make sense to the human mind. The revelation of the wholeness of who you are.

How you interact with your unique coding is up to you because obviously you have your own free will on this planet! Just know your daily authentic expression is always up for reinvention. As you begin to form a relationship with your souls truth, and you get comfortable expressing these often more hidden parts of your nature. As you move through different stages of life, peel back the layers, dismantle old identities, the constructs you once lived within, discover something new that lights you up and step further forward into your destiny. It doesn't mean you weren't authentic before or that part of your life was invalid or a lie. It means your authentic expression has evolved as you align with and embody your growth.

I believe authenticity is initially acquired in the mind as an idea or a revelation, however as it is further embodied and embedded into your nature it will inevitably express as a way of being.
