The Deeper Questions for Change

Have I been tending to the changes I've been wanting to make?
That was a Virgo season check in question I posed a few weeks ago.

And now I have some follow up questions & be honest with yourself. No judgment, just curiosity...

Do you actually want to make these changes?
Are you ready for the identity shift these changes will bring?
Are you solid enough in other parts of your being/soul to hold yourself through the transition?
Are you ready to let go of old story's and attachments to usher in this change?

One small change can and does lead to a whole reality shift.
That's what eclipse season has illuminated ~ the changes that want to be made for your evolutionary growth.

I am 2 days deep into my ETF Practitioner training and the teacher reminded us that while people think they want change, they don’t necessarily want to change on a deeper level because its deemed as unsafe to the subconscious.

A super fascinating concept - I’m not sure if you’ve heard the saying “people will choose a familiar hell over and unfamiliar heaven.”

Understanding this gives more grace to the process of evolution and change, everyone is moving at their own pace. Unwinding and unravelling the stories they are living within (limiting beliefs etc). I try to remind myself of this as it’s easy to jump conclusions. We are moving in the beautiful archetype of Libra soon and this will hopefully bring a bit more understanding to other peoples experiences of life…. a gentle reminder since it is an air sign, communication is key! x
